Hello everyone.
My account it deactivated almost 6 months ago and the team asks for a utility bill. A very simple suspension for address verification.
I submitted maybe more than 30 appeals, but I rejected a notification only for the first submission. After that, I never ever received a single response from the team. I called the AH team many times but they don't even know what is happening. They all say different things, none of them make sense expect 2-3 calls, here are the details:
A colleague once told me that the first reviewer has accidentally put a wrong information to my first appeal, that is why I am not receiving any single response from the team because of this technical issue.
Another colleague told me that there is a high risk factor on my account but still I was supposed to get a rejection notification even if my submission is rejected.
Lastly, another colleague I make a conversation this week told me that she can only see the first appeal I sent, she says she cannot see any other appeal attempts. I tried to convince her for a long time in the first few minutes but she did not believe I submitted many other appeals. Then I provided her a pdf file where she can see my appeal page shows all my submissions, she put me on hold and investigated the information with the internal team, then she got a confirmation that all the other appeal cases were closed by another team before the seller performance team sees so she says seller performance team did not even see my other appeals.
