Primary residental address edit problem

Hi,

My account is active and working for 7 months. Last week I tried to add listing with pesticide and received a message that I must be resident of the USA, but my business address verified for US, all payment methods and all tax information is given for US. This message triggered my primary contact details check.

And in legal entity it shows my first registered country Kazakhstan. I tried to edit information button, but I can't change the country, I can’t edit it. It says "Something went wrong, please try again later".

I know it’s a technical error and can be solved. I am contacting with seller support, and opening cases. They say that they escalated the case to related department and they will inform me as soon as they receive a reply. Its been a week but there is no reply.

Can you please help me how can I edit the Primary Contact residential address?

That is and will stay like this. That's why I always recommend to close a seller account and create a new one if someone has the ingenious idea to create a US LLC.

I know it’s a technical error and can be solved.

No, it's no technical error. MAYBE someone from seller support can change it NOW, but once a year when you have to reverify your account, your initial old inputs will populate.

Its been a week but there is no reply.

A week is nothing in Amazon time.

I saw same problem in UK forum and problem was solved with technical support from amazon, wish to receive same solutions

Each marketplace has slightly different rules.

If you want the help of a mod you have to tag one.
