Fake feedback from unverified purchase

Dear Amazon team, we have received a fake feedback from a customer whome we cant find an order for. Its marked as unverified purchase by Amazon. The product is in launch phase and the 1 star rating highly impacts our product. We cant find an order from this customer, and as this product needs to be tested to give an authentic feedback we thoink this feedback is fake or paid for. The previous reviews from our customers and Vine feedback was pretty good.
We already opened a case requesting investigation but yet no progress. Case ID: 10649161002

Nature of the Issue:
Unverified Review: My product listing received negative review from individual who have not purchased the products. This unverified review are misleading potential customers and causing substantial harm to my business’s reputation and financial health.
Impact on our new business:

Financial Loss: The misleading reviews have led to a noticeable decline in sales, directly affecting our revenue.

Really sorry to hear of this but you are not the first and won’t be the last to have suffered the problem.
Sadly, Amazon allows and encourages reviews by non-verified customers. You have zero chance of having this review removed. All you can do is hope you get good reviews.
Or you can join the vine program where you are pretty much guaranteed good reviews but at a price. In this way, Amazon achieves their objective by making money off you and you win by having positive reviews.

we submitted the report abuse but unfortunately we received no response. Its been a long time now. very disappointing that we get told they will get in touch or provide feedback within few days but then there is nothing!
Can you chase this please? we will appreciate it.
There is also another Vine review posting a lot of false information about our company on listing with ASIN B0DM8Z87YQ. this is on our USA store. Vine Customer claims our company to be dissoved and there is no website. which is not true and all documents were provided to Amazon on time including certificates for each product listed.
Also, a vine review should be a product review, not a company review.
We truly received couple of feedbacks that we shouldnt.
