Order 114-6547815-5357051 was shipped with buy shipping by Amazon and scanned on time. Buyer managed to get a POB address despite the fact that I don't ship to POB. UPS did not deliver. As in other such cases it was returned to an Amazon address in Hebron KY and not to the address from whence it was sent (and which appears on the label). The A-Z team refunded from seller funds despite the fact that the item was NOT returned to sender and instead shipped to a black hole. I've tried seller support to no avail
As you have dealt with similar cases recently, I'd appreciate an escalation.

Does this mean that the buyer did not return the shipment using an Amazon prepaid label with your return shipping address?

This is theft by Amazon. Amazon needs to either return the item to us the sender, or issue the buyer a refund from their own funds. There is no possibility of opening a SAFE-T claim in this situation, as you are well aware.
Is the order ineligible for a SAFE-T Claim due to an existing A-to-Z claim or because you issued the refund? In those cases, your best next step is to file a support case and ask that the request to remove that restriction be escalated.
If that is unsuccessful, you can share the Case ID here and I can check if there is an additional path for escalation.

Hello @Seller_aQOd4cfCdJTFr. The claim/appeal was under review at the time I posted earlier. I see that the appeal was reviewed and the original decision was upheld.
Amazon did not intercept the return. Your return address is not eligible to receive UPS shipments, and UPS could not complete the 'return to sender' when there was an issue with the outbound shipment.
I asked our partner team to review the details of this case and determine if there are any further steps for you to appeal the decision.

This just happened to us as well. FBM package returned to Amazon in Hebron KY instead of to our return address. Order ID: # 111-4631258-3954611

Please note that if your return address is not eligible to receive UPS shipments that can cause problems for undeliverable outbound UPS shipments that are returned to sender.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with two orders I shipped out. Order #'s 114-6859991-9447452 and 112-1621601-4436238. The first was returned to the Hebron, KY amazon location and was just left there and the second was sent to Hebron and then re-delivered to the customer. A to Z debited my account on both orders. These were shipped out with amazon shipping labels on time. Per amazon policy, I should have been reimbursed for these. Both were UPS ground saver and it appears that anytime there is an issue and they are returned- the go to the Amazon location in Hebron, KY where they either just stay there or are redelivered to the customer and the seller is charged. I'd appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

The team has upheld their original decision. I requested additional details from that team, but at this time I do not have a path for continued appeal of the decisions.

The decision of the A-to-Z Claims team is final and there is no further path to appeal the decisions.
I do not have any information available beyond what was already shared with you. I recommend reaching out to UPS to investigate if there may be issues receiving shipments.
